Goldbond Capital Investments Limited is a fund management company of a Private Equity Real Estate Fund. The Fund is in active investment mode with a focus on (i) Canada, (ii) Japan, (iii) the United States of America, (iv) Australia and (v) all countries within the European Union. The target asset class to be invested in by the Fund is restricted to real estate assets, comprised of land and buildings, and encompassing interests in residential, commercial (including but not limited to offices, hotels, service apartments, retail malls, storage, data centres, warehouses) and industrial properties, including equity interests in corporations whose sole or main assets held are real estate assets.
