The Stock Exchange has received a message from Goldbond Group Holdings 
Limited (the "Company") which is reproduced as follows:-

"Refer to the announcement form of the Company submitted to The Stock 
Exchange dated 28 July 2003, the Company noted that there was a 
typographical error in the Turnover figure for the year ended 31 March 
2002. The correct Turnover figure for the year ended 31 March 2002 should 
be $23,051,000."
