GOLDBOND GROUP<00172> - Odd Lot Arrangement

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Goldbond Group Holdings 
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"The Company has appointed a broker, Sanfull Securities Limited, as an 
agent to provide a matching service for the sale and purchase of odd lots 
of Consolidated Shares arising from the Share Consolidation, and such 
service shall be available from 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 14th July, 2003 up 
to and including 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 4th August, 2003. Shareholders who 
wish to take advantage of this facility should contact Ms. Yvonne Law of 
Sanfull Securities Limited at 20th Floor, Far East Consortium Building, 
121 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong (Tel: 2853 2127 and Fax: 2545 3711). 
Shareholders should note that successful matching of the sale purchase of 
odd lots of the Consolidated Shares is not guaranteed."
